Harley Davidson Raffle

The Liberty Fire Company of New Berlinville is once again holding it's 4th annual Harley Davidson Raffle, the date of the drawing is August 23rd 2008 at our engine room. There will be music (live band to be announced), food and refreshments for ticket holders, doors open at 1pm, drawing will be held at 3pm and doors will close at 5pm.

Tickets can be obtained for a donation of $10. 1st prize is a 2008 FXDC Dyna Super Glide Custom in vivid black, 2nd prize is $500, 3rd through 12th prize is $100. The seller of the winning grand prize ticket gets $250. Only 3,400 tickets will be sold.

Proceeds from this raffle will benefit the Liberty Fire Company of New Berlinville.

Official Rules

The raffle will be conducted by The Liberty Fire Company New Berlinville here after Liberty Fire Company New Berlinville will be referred as LFCNB.

The LFCNB reserves the right to change the date, and or time of drawing at anytime.

The LFCNB reserves the right to cancel this raffle and return donations to donors at anytime, if deemed necessary.

Anyone selling a ticket will be eligible.

Anyone from The LFCNB will be eligible.

You must be 18 years of age or older to win any of the prizes.

You need not be present to win.

To purchase a ticket by mail send a check or money order payable to:

If donation for ticket is made by personal check, the ticket will not be released until the check has been cleared by the bank.

No tickets may be purchased by using a credit card. Only cash, check or money orders will be accepted.

Tickets must be legible. The LFCNB will not be responsible for illegible ticket, any ticket deemed illegible by The LFCNB will be removed from the drawing and another ticket drawn in it's place.

Each Ticket will have a chance at the Grand Prize.

Each ticket is eligible for one (1) prize only. Once a ticket has been drawn for a prize it remains out of further drawings.

Prizes will be drawn in order starting with the grand prize.

All prizes will be awarded within 30 days of drawing date.

The winner of the grand prize will be responsible to pick the prize up at Classic Harley Davidson in Reading PA. Taxes, title, set-up charge, etc. are the responsibility of the winner.

If a delay in delivery of the motorcycle to The LFCNB occurs due to reasons beyond the control of The LFCNB, arrangements will be made with winner for delayed prize pick-up.

The LFCNB will not tolerate any acts of disorderly conduct or fighting within their building or on their premises, anyone disregarding this will be prosecuted according to law.

The LFCNB will not be liable for any personal injuries or damage the day of the drawing and thereafter.
